The Process

ENQUIRY
I would love to hear about your wedding plans! Enquire via my contact form or email me at adambirdphotography@gmail.com to see if I have your date available. I aim to reply within 48 hours with my availability & gallery examples for you to take a look through.

BOOKING
To secure the date as yours, I require a signed contract and a £500 booking fee. The remaining balance is due no later than 1 month before your wedding date.

PLANNING
I’m here to help - please feel free to get in touch during the run up to your wedding, my emails are always open & you’ll have my personal contact number for any urgent enquiries!
Upon booking, you’ll be sent a private link to my online guidebook which includes tips for planning your day and also what to expect from me as your wedding photographer. I send out my Photography Plan approximately 6 weeks before your wedding date for you to finalise any group shot names, addresses, contact numbers and any other important information. We’ll then arrange a video call 1-2 weeks before your wedding date to have a chat about your day and go through any last minute details. -
WEDDING DAY
It’s finally here!!! You can relax and enjoy your day knowing that you’re in safe hands & I’ll be capturing all of those special moments for you!

DELIVERY
Congratulations, you’re now married! Your wedding previews will be with you within a week of your wedding date and your final gallery will be ready within 4-6 weeks of your wedding date.

My style of photography is both whimsical and timeless. I’m heavily inspired by nature and thrive off shooting outdoors!
One of my favourite parts of a wedding day is sneaking away at golden hour to capture beautiful couple portraits. If this sounds up your street, I would LOVE to hear from you!
FAQs
Do you travel?
Yes, I’m based in Staffordshire and love to travel! My Phoenix & Owl packages include my travel & accommodation expenses.
Do you do other kinds of shoots?
As well as photographing weddings, I also offer couple sessions! These are typically 2 hours long and you’ll receive 30 edited images via an online gallery. I’m happy to travel to shoot in a location that’s special to you both - however if you’re unsure of a location, I can always recommend a bunch of lovely spots for your photoshoot.
Can we see a full wedding?
Of course you can! Please don’t hesitate to ask and I’d be happy to send over some full galleries!
Can we have the unedited images?
Editing plays a huge part in my photography style as I post process each image individually. Because of this, I wouldn’t release any raw or unedited images.
Can we chat before our day?
Absolutely! All of my packages include a pre-wedding Video call, this is usually scheduled 1-2 weeks before your big day!
Are you insured?
Yes, I have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
How long does it take to get our pictures?
You’ll receive your final images no later than 4-6 weeks after your wedding! I aim to get some preview images to my couples within 1 week, to post on social media!
Can we share our images online?
Yes of course, providing it’s for personal use! Your image licensing does not include commercial use so I ask if any suppliers/vendors would like to use your wedding images, please direct them to my contact page or email adambirdphotography@gmail.com
How many images will we receive?
Each package guarantees a different set amount of images from your day - I like to keep this in mind whilst shooting as I’m a big believer in quality over quantity. That being said, I don’t like to limit this and will include extra images if I feel they help tell the story of your day or are special moments I know you’d love to see!
