The Process

ENQUIRY
I’d love to hear about your wedding plans! Feel free to get in touch using my contact form or by emailing adambirdphotography@gmail.com to check if your date is available. I’ll get back to you within 48 hours with my availability and a few gallery examples for you to have a look through.

BOOKING
To lock your wedding date in, I’ll need a signed contract and a £500 booking fee. The remaining balance can be paid anytime up to one month before your wedding.

PLANNING
I’m here to help from start to finish, so feel free to get in touch at any point in the run-up to your wedding. My inbox is always open, and you’ll also have my personal number for anything urgent.
Once you’re booked in, I’ll send you a private link to my online guidebook, full of helpful tips and what to expect from me on the day. Around six weeks before your wedding, I’ll send over my Online Photography Plan for you to fill in - this covers things like group shots, addresses, contact details and anything else I need to know.
We’ll then set up a relaxed video call 1–2 weeks before your wedding to chat through your plans and go over any last-minute details together.

WEDDING DAY
From the moment I arrive on your wedding day, I’ll be quietly capturing everything as it happens - from the main moments to the little details you might not notice on the day. I work in a calm, unobtrusive way, offering gentle guidance when it’s helpful but never making anything feel staged or awkward. My focus is on documenting your day naturally while making sure everything runs smoothly from a photography point of view.

DELIVERY
Congratulations! Within a week of your wedding, you’ll receive a small preview gallery for a first look at your photos. Your full online gallery will follow within 4–6 weeks, ready for you to download and share.
We are absolutely thrilled with our wedding photos and would 100% recommend you book Adam if you’re looking for some stunning couple shots on your big day. Yes, I’m based in Staffordshire and love to travel! My Phoenix & Owl packages include my travel & accommodation expenses.

Most couples book their engagement session around six months before the wedding, but we can schedule it for whenever works best for you! If you’re flexible, I usually recommend spring or summer, as the light and greenery tend to be at their best during those months. I’m also happy to offer winter sessions - just keep in mind that the days are shorter and the weather can be a bit more unpredictable!

Yes, I’m fully insured with both public liability and professional indemnity cover, and I’m happy to share a certificate if your venue needs one.
