The Process

ENQUIRY
I would love to hear about your wedding plans! Enquire via my contact form or email me at adambirdphotography@gmail.com to see if I have your date available. I aim to reply within 48 hours with my availability & gallery examples for you to take a look through.

BOOKING
To secure the date as yours, I require a signed contract and a £500 booking fee. The remaining balance is due no later than 1 month before your wedding date.

PLANNING
I’m here to help - please feel free to get in touch during the run up to your wedding, my emails are always open & you’ll have my personal contact number for any urgent enquiries!
Upon booking, you’ll be sent a private link to my online guidebook which includes tips for planning your day and also what to expect from me as your wedding photographer. I send out my Photography Plan approximately 6 weeks before your wedding date for you to finalise any group shot names, addresses, contact numbers and any other important information. We’ll then arrange a video call 1-2 weeks before your wedding date to have a chat about your day and go through any last minute details. -
WEDDING DAY
It’s finally here!!! You can relax and enjoy your day knowing that you’re in safe hands & I’ll be capturing all of those special moments for you!

DELIVERY
Congratulations, you’re now married! Your wedding previews will be with you within a week of your wedding date and your final gallery will be ready within 4-6 weeks of your wedding date.

How do we book you for our wedding?
I'd love to be part of your special day! Just reach out through my contact page to check my availability and pricing. To secure your date, I ask for a signed contract and a £500 booking fee, with the remaining balance due one month before your wedding. Let’s make it official!
How do we receive our pictures?
Your final high resolution images will be delivered through a password-protected online gallery, no matter which package you choose! This makes it easy to share the password with family and friends so they can view and download the pictures too.
When will we receive our pictures?
You can expect your final images within 4-6 weeks after your wedding! I also love to send a few preview images within a week, so you have something to share and enjoy while you wait.
Can we share our images online?
Of course! You’re welcome to share your final images online for your own personal use. If any suppliers or vendors would like to use your wedding photos, please just direct them to my contact page or have them email me at adambirdphotography@gmail.com
Do you travel?
Yes, I’m based in Staffordshire and love to travel! My Phoenix & Owl packages include my travel & accommodation expenses.
When should we book our engagement session?
Most couples book their engagement session around six months before the wedding, but we can schedule it for whenever works best for you! If you’re flexible, I usually recommend spring or summer, as the light and greenery tend to be at their best during those months. I’m also happy to offer winter sessions - just keep in mind that the days are shorter and the weather can be a bit more unpredictable!
Are you insured?
Yes, I have both public liability and professional indemnity insurance. I can provide a certificate if your venue requires it.
